"I can't say enough good things about Steve Frum! He is not only one of the kindest and most respectful human beings you will ever meet but he is also incredibly talented, devoted and creative when it comes to training kids/teens. He's not a "one size fits all" trainer. Instead, he takes pride in getting to know each client and tailoring a fun and engaging fitness program based on the clients personal needs. Whether it's general fitness or training for a particular sport, he has been able to take both my son and daughter to new fitness heights I could have never imagined! With Steves help, my daughter passed her fitness test and made JV basketball as a middle schooler and my son lost over 60 lbs and won MVP in high school varsity track and field. And the best part of it all is that my kids look forward to training with him every week and appreciate his supportive encouragement as a trainer and friend."

"It was always fun working out with Steve. He would push you to do better but was always conscious of your abilities and limitations. I really liked that he kept current on what was happening in the exercise world and would always bring back something new from the conventions he attended. He kept the exercise fun and new."

"Steve has been my personal trainer for about 3 years, he is flexible with my crazy, busy schedule and always works with me to make my sessions work. Working with Steve is amazing! Steve has helped me achieve my goals by getting stronger and faster with good conversation that makes time fly by! I have introduced a lot of friends to Steve who love him and he does many group sessions so that friends can join in! I highly recommend Steve for your workout endeavors, he will help you achieve whatever fitness goal you are looking to accomplish."

"I was never a very athletic or coordinated woman. Growing up, I did musical theatre and always considered myself too dainty and girly to lift a weight. Nor could I lift much at all. Fast forward to October 2019 when I was in a head on collision and miraculously survived. I had six broken bones, a collapsed lung and multiple other physical and emotional injuries. As I was healing my broken body, I came across Stephen's name by recommendation from a friend. And I am so thankful that I have. I consider myself to be a phychologically gritty person. But I've never been physically gritty until I started training with Stephen. It is one thing to rebuild your body, it is a total other thing to rebuild your mind. Stephen has helped me do this. He takes the time to create personalized and creative workouts for me, he works around my single mom schedule. But most of all he is the person that motivates me during the workout to keep going and not give up. In the past, physically I would have quit and not continued. Going to the gym everyday is admirable but that won't change your mindset. That is something that only a personal trainer like Stephen can do."
